FRESH STRAWBERRY JAM

The season for this jam coincides, as the name suggests, with the strawberry season.

Cooking Time : 15 min.
Preparation Time : 5 min.

Makes 12 teaspoons.

Ingredients
1 teacup strawberries, slightly mashed
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Method
1.

Mix all the strawberries and sugar and cook until thick.

2.

Cool slightly and add the lemon juice.

3.

Fill in a clean bottle.
