3 spring onions
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup cheese spread or grated cheese
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon honey or Sugar to taste
1/2 cup finely cut corriander
2) Cut the cucumber into large pieces.
3) Chop the spring onions.
4) In a blender or food processor blend the cucumber, green onions, yogurt, cheese spread, vinegar, honey, and pepper until they are all crushed.
5) Put the dip into a bowl and garnish it with finely cut corriander.
