Fusilli tossed along with corn with a sprinkling of fresh basil and parsley. An enticing blend of flavours!

Preparation Time : 10 mins.
Cooking Time : 10 mins.

Serves 4. Ingredients
 3 cups cooked fusilli
 ½ cup chooped onions
 ½ tsp finely chopped garlic
 ½ cup boiled and sliced baby corn
 ½ cup boiled American sweet corn
 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
 4 tbsp olive oil or butter
 Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

For Serving
 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)


1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and saute till the onion turns translucent.

2. Add the baby corn and American sweet corn and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Add the fusilli, parsley, basil, salt and pepper and toss well.

4. Serve hot garnished with the cheese.
